The reservation screen allows you to book one or multiple entities (rooms, holiday homes, buildings, etc.).
Each entity has its own pricing and guest data, which is very handy for reservations with multiple rooms or different periods for one regular guest.
At a glance, you can see if there are any pending payments. For business clients, you can make VAT visible with one click.
You can make notes in the Remarks tab. Optional items can be easily added.
Business or leisure? You can indicate it simply in the reservation screen.

No, you can use HRC One on as many terminals as you want. There is only a limit of 5 simultaneous users. For a small additional fee, you can increase the number of simultaneous users.
Is an internet connection always necessary?
Yes and No.
HRC One is available as both an online reservation system and a locally installed solution.
Yes, if you operate exclusively in the cloud, you will always need an internet connection. Speed is not crucial. The more reliable the connection, the better.
No, if you use the Hybrid module, you can continue working without an internet connection.
