No, the licensing structure at HRC DIGITAL is simple and affordable. You can use as many computers or mobile devices as you like. However, HRC One is limited to 5 concurrent users. If you require more simultaneous users, that can be arranged for a small additional fee.

With our software, you can handle accounting, generate invoices, process purchases, create VAT overviews, manage reservations, utilize a POS system, maintain your website, distribute prices and availability, process online and in-store payments, and run your software locally with our Hybrid solution.

The basic channel manager supports 3 channels: 2 OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and your own booking engine. The extensive channel manager offers more than 200 channels, granting access to a much larger network of distribution partners.

As more reservations are made, the demand on the distribution systems increases. To ensure quality, speed, and affordability, we adhere to the principle of "Pay per use." This means you pay based on the number of reservations. If you have more than 500 online reservations per year (that's an average of 42 reservations per month), you benefit from a volume discount.

You can work perfectly with a mini PC. Also with a Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, or another mini-computer as well as with standard computers and operating systems. You need a browser and an internet connection, that's it. A little memory is required because the browser processes everything. In principle, 2GB of memory is sufficient. Tablets can also be used.
